Lawrencia Effah (she/they) is a performer, deviser, writer and Stage manager based in
Toronto, Ontario. Lawrencia has been in short films, devised theatre, theatre and
music theatre shows, however, this is the first time she has created and
performed something with her devised theatre company Wild Card. In this festival
Lawrencia will be portraying the character Lore in the play “Our play is called Our
play is called”. Lawrencia is super excited to be a part of this year’s devised
theatre festival but also sad that this will be her last year at York University.
